Environmental Restoration


Oraway Engineering and Construction is fully qualified to work with environmental restoration and protection. During a recent project the work included the abatement of lead contaminated soils around the building perimeter due to the leaching of lead-based paint on the buildings. Oraway Engineering confined all operations to work limits of the project to prevent damage to natural surroundings, providing temporary barriers, including straw wattles, hay bales and silt fencing to protect existing trees and plants as well as root zones. We work with the government in making sure all necessary precautions and procedures are followed when performing services in these delicate environments.
